Generally, our products ship within 1-5 business days (Monday-Friday) and deliver in 1-5 business days, not including weekends and federal holidays. In some instances, and in certain zip codes, deliveries may be made on Saturday and Sunday.
Shipping estimates can vary depending on product availability. You can see estimated shipping dates under the "Add to Cart" button. Please note that some products come in multiple boxes and might arrive on different days. Once your order has shipped, you can track your order using your order number or the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

 

Rest assured, returns are simple and quick!

We are confident that you’ll love your Aldder product but if you don’t, let our Team know within your 30-day window and we’ll help you initiate a return. If you choose to return the product, you can return it within 30 calendar days of delivery. All products must be returned in a clean and undamaged condition. Charges will apply if products are destroyed or damaged. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. 

To initiate a return, please email our Support team at support@aldder.com. Once your return is validated, our team will help facilitate the return process. In order to qualify for the return, you must be within the 30-day period.
